COMMUNITY CLOTHES CLOSET

"For there will never cease to be poor in the land. Therefore I command you, ‘You shall open wide your hand to your brother, to the needy and to the poor, in your land."

Deuteronomy 15:11

The Clothes Closet at Zion Baptist Church has been active since 2000. It is onsite of the church, right off of Highway 20, behind the church. It was established by several ladies and men of the church who saw a need in our community.

It is currently staffed by 25 volunteers who dedicate their time and resources to serve on average 200 families each month. The Closet offers free clothing and items to its visitors as well as prayer, and emotional support.
